Darren Wong is a senior majoring in Accounting and minoring in Enterprise Information Systems. This past summer, he interned in Deloitte’s Advisory practice in San Francisco. Outside of Beta Alpha Psi, Darren is involved in his campus ministry group and is an avid fan of the Los Angeles Clippers and Green Bay Packers. His hobbies/interests include flying planes, playing basketball, and enjoying the outdoors.
Garrett is a senior majoring in accounting with a minor in computer science. He interned at EY in the risk practice last summer in San Francisco. Originally from Chino Hills, he enjoys watching basketball, hiking, and trying new restaurants.
Professor Rose Layton
Rose Layton is an expert in auditing and assurance and financial accounting, particularly in the areas of auditor liability and financial statement fraud. She is a Searle Fellow and a recipient of the Margaret Keldie Award from the American Society of Woman Accountants.
Vice President of Operations
Kara Barnett is a senior pursuing a major in Accounting. She is from Orange County, CA, and transferred from Irvine Valley Community College in the Fall of 2016. Kara currently works part time at the Lyon Center and the University Village Gym as the Operations Manager. Along with being a student and working part time, Kara is the Vice President of Operations. Additionally, she signed an internship offer with Ernst & Young for the summer of 2018. Outside of the classroom, Kara enjoys reading, hanging out with friends and family, and watching baseball.
Vice President of Fraternal Affairs
Fiona Li is a junior pursuing a major in Accounting at USC. She is from South Pasadena, California and transferred from California State University, Los Angeles in Fall 2016. In her free time, she enjoys CrossFit and explores hipster coffee shops around Los Angeles. Fiona interned at Ernst & Young’s Core Risk Advisory Services this past summer and will be returning as a Full-Time staff after graduation. She looks forward to serving as the Vice President of Fraternal Affairs this semester!
Vice President of Communications
Joanna Du is a junior at USC majoring in Accounting and minoring in Mathematical Finance. She is born and raised in Beijing, China, and her career goal is to earn CPA license and work in the accounting/finance field upon graduation. This past summer, she interned with Grant Thornton China in the Audit practice. In her free time she is interested in photography and international travel. She also enjoys visiting contemporary art galleries in different cities and trying out new restaurants.
Vice President of Membership
Jack Dong is a junior from San Diego, California pursuing a major in Applied Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science. He spent this past summer interning at Intuit as a Tax Analyst; there, he participated in launching Turbotax’s new professional preparer-help service offering. Outside of academics, his interests lie in hip-hop dance and mixing music.
Julia is currently a Senior majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and analytics. She is looking forward to serving as the Controller this semester and hope to bring members a diverse array of fundraising opportunities! She is originally from the Bay Area and transferred into USC after one year at UCI. In addition to BAP, Julia is also involved in the community service fraternity, APO. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, traveling and going to concerts!

Diana Zhao is a junior pursuing a double major in Business Administration and Accounting, with a minor in Computer Programming. This past summer, she interned at Wells Fargo in San Francisco. She will be returning to SF next summer to intern with Deloitte in the Advisory practice. In her spare time, she enjoys attending festivals, playing instruments, beach volleyball, and eating food.
Vice President of Community Service
Celia Li is currently a junior majoring in Accounting. This past summer she had an internship with CITIC China Securities, Shenzhen, China. She has previously interned at Noah Private Wealth Management, Shanghai, China. On campus, she is a brother of Delta Sigma Pi, as well as a volunteer with USC VITA program. In her spare time, Celia enjoys hiking, volunteering, boxing and watching movies.
Danielle is a senior at the University of Southern California pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She is from Orange County, California and transferred to USC from NYU in Fall 2016. She interned with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Core Forensics Advisory intern this summer. In her free time Danielle enjoys hiking, watching movies, cheering for the LA Dodgers and Dallas Cowboys, and traveling.
Kristina is in her last semester as an Accounting Major. She spent three semesters at Glendale Community College before transferring to USC in Spring 2015. This past summer, Kristina was a Tax intern at Deloitte in Downtown Los Angeles, and signed a full-time offer to start in Summer 2018. After graduating, she plans on completing the CPA exams and traveling.
Colette Au is a junior Accounting major from Portland, Oregon. She currently works as a freelance conversation partner through the USC American Language Institute and is serving as the president of USC Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA). Next summer, she will be a tax intern at Deloitte in the San Jose office. In her free time, she loves baking, songwriting, and exploring the Los Angeles food scene.

Fiona Wang is a senior double majoring in Accounting and Business Administration with a focus in Data Science and Operations. Last summer, she worked in a tax firm in New York. Outside of Beta Alpha Psi, Fiona works at Marshall School of Business as the Peer Academic Leader for BUAD 310 Business Statistics. In her free time, Fiona enjoys working out and watching crime and forensic science related TV shows. Upon graduation, she hopes to either work in public accounting or work as a data/business analyst in related fields.

Katie Hung is a senior pursing a double major in Accounting and Business Administration with a minor in Communications. She is born and raised in Taiwan and studied high school in New Zealand. This past summer she did Sophomore Leadership Program with EY. In her free time, Katie enjoys exploring brunch places in LA and traveling.

Laveina Liu is a junior double majoring in accounting and public relations. This past summer, she interned as a finance intern at a talent agency in West Hollywood. She also participated in the summer leadership program with JLK Rosenberger. In her free time, Laveina enjoys cooking Asian cuisine, boxing and traveling.

Angela Lee is currently a junior pursing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting at USC. She is excited for this upcoming semester as a member of Beta Alpha Psi and hopes to get close with all the new members! Outside of classes, Angela enjoys her time traveling, eating, hiking, as well as hanging out with friends.

Andy Chan is currently a sophomore double majoring in Business Administration and Accounting. He is looking forward to serving as the Director of Fundraising this semester as well as getting to know the rest of the Beta Alpha Psi members. Andy is from Alhambra, CA and loves trying new foods and is an avid boba drinker. In his spare time, he likes to sleep, meet new people, and watch interesting shows.

Samuel Kim is a senior at USC, currently pursuing a major in Accounting. He is originally from Koreatown Los Angeles and enjoys giving people food recommendations. He previously worked at Twentieth Century Fox and enjoyed his experience working in the entertainment industry. Outside of school, his hobbies include film photography and billiards.

Elsa Wang is a junior pursuing a double major in Accounting and Business Administration. She is originally from Beijing, China and transferred from East Los Angeles College in Fall 2016. During past summers, she has interned as a financial analyst in human resource, financial leasing and automotive industries. She is also active in the trading game as a member of Trojan Investment Society and volunteered with USC VITA. In her spare time, she enjoys solving Sudoku puzzles, grocery shopping, watching tennis games, exploring the city and traveling.

Katrina Sy is a senior double majoring in Accounting and Business Administration from Loma Linda, CA. On campus, she is involved with BAP and Honor Council and is a Resident Manager for USC Housing. Next summer she will be interning with Deloitte in their audit practice. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the city, wakeboarding and skiing.

Jackie is a junior at the University of Southern California, pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting. She is originally from Orange County, California and transferred to USC in Fall 2016. She hopes to pursue a career in public accounting. Outside of the classroom, Jackie has a huge passion for watches, cheers on the New England Patriots, and is a big fan of the Netflix series, the Office.

Anthony is a junior pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He is an L.A. native and transferred from a local community college last Spring. This past summer he participated in the EY Emerging Leaders Program. Outside of school, Anthony enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, cooking, and interior design.
