Occasional Absence Form

Please fill out the form below if you cannot attend CERTAIN General Meetings or Professional Events. This form is primarily for those whose current environments are not ideal for virtual events and/or networking. This includes time zone conflicts.

Conflict Form

Please fill out the form below if you cannot attend ALL General Meetings or Professional Events (e.g. class scheduling, work commitments, etc.)

  • If you have a conflict for both GMs and Professional Events, fill out two forms — one for each.

  • An upload of your schedule will be needed to prove the conflict.

Outside Hours Form

Beta Alpha Psi recognizes professional and community service hours completed outside the organization (i.e. Workshops held by the Career Center or community service events held by other organizations).

You can earn a maximum of 2.5 outside professional hours and 2.5 outside community service hours.

  1. Confirm the eligibility of the event with the VP of Membership at least 24 hours before the event.

  2. Fill out the form below within 72 hours of the event.

    • An upload of a photo of yourself at the event will be needed.
